Major Gifts Ramp-Up Coaching

To maximize success MGRU Coaching is delivered via cohort training to a cluster of nonprofits based on geographic region and/or organizational type. Since MGRU Coaching is based on the core principles of adult learning… great care will be taken to ensure that cohorts are formed to leverage the life experience and professional knowledge of each participant. In addition, the cohorts will be established with the goal of long-term, sustainability so that participants in each cohort will build professional relationships with fellow learners and seek their guidance and support independent of PAX Global. Finally, individuals enrolled in MGRU Coaching will be invited to include up to three additional staff, board members/elders or volunteers from their same organization to attend training and coaching sessions.
